WYTHENSHAWE PARK CYCLE HUB CELEBRATION DAY

From 11am – 3pm. Official Ceremony is 12:30

 
Join us to celebrate Wythenshawe Park Cycle Hub and enjoy a variety of cycling taster activities, family rides and food and drink available on the day. Plus, your chance to meet local athletes* along with an appearance from the Lord Mayor of Manchester and much, much more!
 
Meet us on the Learn-to-ride area (located next to the Athletics Track Car Park). We encourage ad welcome alternative means of transport - bike, public transport or walking. Limited stewarded parking will be available.
 
Taster sessions also available on the day which will take place on the Family Trail, Learn-to-ride and pump track areas and Mountain Bike skills zones. 
 
We encourage you to bring your own bikes and helmets. A limited number of bikes and helmets can be provided on the day (but will be subject to availability).
 
Simply turn up on the day, no need to book in advance
 
*Meet the athletes
Jess Roberts was the 2018 National Road Race Champion and currently rides for UCI Women’s Continental Team Coop-Hitec Products.

Maddie Lynch represented England at the Commonwealth Games 2022, winning a bronze medal in road cycling. She currently rides for CAMS-Basso
