Delamere Park is a parkland residential estate developed in the 1970s in a delightful location, surrounded by beautiful open countryside and yet near to a range of local facilities including shops, schools and leisure and cultural opportunities. The park is a 10 minute walk from Fairfield trainstation. Alternatively, the park is a 5 min walk from Gransmoor bus stop via the 219 bus.
