As part of our continuing expansion, MCRactive is now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working individual with shared values to become part of our growing team. 
 
This role supports both the digital and health team and will primarily be office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Main responsibilities will involve, triaging referrals for the Health team, supporting members of the public with their Go accounts and supporting partner organisations in accessing the MCRactive digital ecosystem. Full training will be given around these areas and any other responsibilities assigned.
 
There may on occasions be a requirement for the candidate to work evenings and weekends as well as travel independently to community settings to support providers across Manchester City so flexibility to accommodate this is required.
 
The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver training and support, to partner organisation and colleagues, regarding the MCRactive digital systems and so whilst digital expertise is not required confidence in using and demonstrating such use of technology would be.
 
The role is full time (35 hours per week) although applications from candidates wishing to undertake the role on a part time basis will be considered. The starting salary for this position is £22,369 per annum (Grade 4) based on full time hours.

British Taekwondo is looking for a motivated individual with some sports development experience, to join our small operational team to drive and deliver Taekwondo development projects in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
 
This varied and interesting role will support our development team and Manchester Active partners to grow Taekwondo and physical activity in the region, particularly around areas of inequality.
 
The role will also support our strategic aims of club growth and use of the flagship National Taekwondo Centre in Newton Heath.
 
Reporting to our development manager, this role will work on how Taekwondo can address these growth and wider societal issues with a range of Taekwondo based support tools and activity projects.
 
The role will also include leading the delivery of projects where necessary.

Salary: Commensurate with experience – circa £24K - £28K
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Start date: 1st June 2023 (or soonest after appointment)
