PARS PATHWAY 2 in manchester

Welcome to Manchester Active PARS Pathway 2.
 
Congratulations if you have progressed from Pathway 1. Otherwise, we received your referral from your GP, care provider or social prescriber. 
 
PARS helps adults with mental and / or physical health barriers increase their physical activity levels while providing opportunities to meet new people and boost confidence.
 
Pathway 2 is for those needing more time or confidence before joining a local gym or attending an open community session. Sessions often have smaller numbers and are delivered by qualified instructors across the city in community venues. 
 
We offer various activities, so we will always try to find something to suit you!

Chronic Kidney Disease (no other co-morbidities)
Deconditioning
Depression
Diabetes (pre and T2)
Loneliness and isolation
Osteoporosis
Risk of development of a condition listed under Pathway 1 (e.g. Diabetes, COPD etc.)
Stress
Weight management
