Withington Baths and Leisure Centre is an independently run facility, supported by the local community. Since re-opening in 2015, the Baths have created a core team of dedicated staff, who completely understand the vision for their community facility. It’s not just fitness they focus on though – Withington Baths are also developing outdoor areas, creating a much more pleasant environment for members and visitors.

We’re totally in love with the pool at Withington Baths. It’s the last remaining Edwardian swimming pool in Manchester and it’s packed with history. The centre is working very hard to restore the pool to its former glory, and thanks to their members and the Heritage Lottery Fund they're making great progress. The Baths also have a sauna and pool-side showers. The pool is 23m x 7.6m and depth is 0.9m to 1.9m. All sessions are drop-in except Family Fun Swim which must be booked at the facility. Withington Baths also offers a brand-new sauna, now open to the public for booking. Sauna sessions are limited to 3 people for 30 minutes per session. You can book up to 7 days in advance. Withington Baths have over 50 pieces of top of the range Precor gym equipment, including cardio and fixed weights, plus free weights and a range of functional equipment, including kettlebells, steps, medicine balls etc. Members will be offered a free gym induction and fitness assessment upon joining. The centre also offers a range of Personal Training and Online Coaching options to help you stay motivated. The Baths also have a wide range of yoga and workout classes 7 days a week! Book your place now to join some of Manchester’s best fitness instructors! Classes are situated in beautifully restored studio spaces.
