Go Mad Walking in manchester

To celebrate National Walking Month, we're encouraging residents to #GoMadWalking throughout the month of May! We've set up a 31 day challenge using a range of activity ideas to inspire, motivate and encourage as many people as possible to get out and walk.
The challenge is suitable for all abilities and everyone is welcome to pledge their own tasks, using the Go Mad Walking calendar to track their progress. Whether it be going outside for 20 minutes on one of the days, aiming for 5,000 steps each day or achieving 50 miles by the end of the month.

The challenge is YOURS and can be done in YOUR way.
