MOTION DANCE INITIATIVE
Activities provided: Dance (covering a range of styles including street, Bollywood and contemporary, topic work and creative choreography)
Hourly Rate : £35 to £37.50 per hour
Outstanding PE curricula and extracurricular dance delivery in both primary and secondary settings; In school CPD and curriculum consultancy to embed dance within your school.

KALMA LIFE - DIDSBURY, CHORLTON AND OLD TRAFFORD
Hourly Rate - £35 for 30 minute class or £50-£60 for a 45 minute class
Our sessions have been carefully designed to optimise post coronavirus wellness by one of our teachers who has 15 years of mental health nursing experience in the NHS, alongside her qualifications and experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness to children in schools. Our sessions will be led by a fully qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher.
We have a wealth of experience supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing within schools, and are an award-winning brand. We are an award-winning brand since 2016, our most recent achievements were at the 2020 What’s on 4 Kids awards where we won in 3 categories.
Our most prestigious was most loved sport and physical activity, something we are incredibly passionate about is bringing wellness to children through physical activities. We are also fully accredited by the CAA with a 5-star gold accreditation.
Our sessions fully support the new government guidance to schools by;
- Ensuring friendships and social engagement opportunities are provided and maximised during yoga challenges and games, all of which have been adapted to adhere to social distancing measures. As a non-contact sport we are very good at ensuring these measures.
- During our sessions we discuss feelings and thoughts directly, using yoga and mindfulness to address them and provide tools such as relaxation, guided discovery and mindful moments to manage children’s feelings.
- Our sessions simultaneously empower children to improve and maintain their own physical and mental wellbeing, longer term.

VARIOUS SPORTS - UK SPORTS COACHING

Hourly Rate - £25 per hour
UK Sports Coaching Ltd provide professional teaching and sports coaching and development programmes to nursery, primary and secondary schools.
We as a company aim to provide the highest quality CPD, Curriculum time sports coaching (PPA cover), morning clubs, lunchtime inter active sports sessions, after school clubs, team training, 1st4sport training and development provider and much more.
All our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, first aid trained, safeguarding trained and have great experience working in the primary school sector.

Activities provided: Weekly Skateboarding Clubs (lunchtime or afterschool) & Skateboarding Taster Days (or half days)
Hourly Rate: Weekly clubs are £75 per hour session for up to 15 children or £130 per hour session for 16-30 children. Taster days are £400 for a full day and £250 for a half day.
Projekts MCR has provided skateboarding lessons to the schools of Greater Manchester for 15 years and counting. We pride ourselves on running fun, safe and engaging lessons whether that be a one off taster session or a regular weekly club.
We have found over the years that our skateboarding lessons are a unique activity specifically because they engage children who are not normally interested in sport or physical activities. We bring all the equipment to the schools, work with KS2 and above children only and our coaches are dbs checked and first aid trained.

LSC (LITTLE SPORTS COACHING)
Activities provided: All Sports
Hourly Rate £25 to £35 per hour
Little Sports Coaching (LSC) provides professional sports coaching and activities to children of all ages (from 18 months to 18 years old) and abilities before, during and after school, as well as at weekends and during the school holidays in a safe, secure and enjoyable environment. Little Sports Coaching (LSC), is a subsidiary of the LSC Group of companies which provides sports, football and education across the UK to schools and parents.
LSC works closely with primary schools, nurseries and parents to deliver a wide range of programmes, from soccer schools, holiday camps and events to school multi sports, gymnastics, children’s parties, and a range of grassroots football clubs.
Established 12 years ago, we work with over 15,000 children each week and more than 150 schools on a weekly basis. Our coaching sessions are delivered by our team of over 100 professional sports coaches and tutors who are hugely passionate about our mission of getting “More Children, More Sport, More Active.”

MANCHESTER RANGERS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

We are Manchester Rangers Community Foundation, a charitable organisation created to provide high quality sports coaching in all areas of Manchester. We hope to build our main sport, Rugby League, across Manchester and promote it by providing fun and challenging sessions for children of all ages.
We provide coaching in almost all sports as we believe that all sports are closely linked and develop similar skills, which we are passionate about providing for our participants. Our coaches are highly qualified and have experience in almost every sport that you can think of. This gives us a unique angle in our coaching technique as we can use elements from lots of different sports to really improve the skills of our participants.
As well as focusing on improving our participants physical skills we are also very keen on improving their mental state as well. We achieve this through the use of sport. We believe sport can have a really positive impact on a person’s mental health, particularly the teamwork elements of it.

JM TAEKWONDO (Affiliated with British Taekwondo)
Activities provided – Korean Taekwondo / Olympic Taekwondo sessions
Hourly Rate: £25
JM Taekwondo deliver fun and informative Taekwondo classes for all ages and abilities.
Pupils will learn the basics of this popular Korean martial art. They will improve their fitness, reaction skills, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. They will also learn Olympic style sparring and try many different kicks from basic to jumping and spinning.
A very popular sport in schools and it’s sure to get all kids excited to look for clubs outside of school to follow up.

STRIVE SPORTS COACHING

Strive Sports Coaching delivers a variety of sports to young children, allowing them to ‘Improve’ and ‘Succeed’ within the sports we love to play.
We allow children to learn in a Fun, Safe, Friendly learning environment, allowing us to follow their footsteps within their favourite sports. Our vision is to see more children within the community getting more active through sports we love.

SQUASH - BETTER
Activities provided – Squash
Hourly Rate - £30 p/hour In School sessions OR £25 p/hour In a GLL centre
Our England Squash qualified coaches deliver fun and engaging sessions while teaching the basic fundamental movement skills of agility, balance and coordination as well as a range of racket and ball skills.
Our coaches will come to your school and deliver squash using our fantastic net rebound Walls. We can accommodate a full class and the coach will bring all the necessary equipment. There is an option to come to one of our centres for the final session to have a go on our squash courts! All participants will be provided information on where to continue playing squash at one of our after-school programmes if they wish to take up the sport outside of school.
Alternatively, your school can come and experience squash at the world class National Squash Centre on the Etihad Campus. The National Squash Centre features an all-glass show court and an Interactive Squash Wall, the only squash facility in Manchester to have these. Our sessions will allow your school to learn squash and have a go one of the many games on the Interactive Squash Wall. Alternatively, sessions can be delivered at one of our other centres including Moss Side and Hough End Leisure Centres.
Depending on which centre you would like to attend we are able to accommodate between half a class and a full class. We can be flexible in our delivery to allow a whole class to participate, please get in touch to discuss. Our coaches England Squash qualified coaches will provide all the necessary equipment. All participants will be provided information on where to continue playing squash in our after-school programme.
Activities Provided – Baseball
Hourly Rate - Rate would be £25 per hour
We have been working in schools for over 10 years delivering bespoke sessions depending on the schools needs and ambitions. This could be taster sessions to developing a team/club and we can facilitate games intra or inter school competitions.
We give children a chance to experience a sport they have probably never tried with all the genuine equipment that would be used in a professional game, which is provided.
The club is a member of the British Baseball Federation which is the national governing body for baseball in the UK. The club also holds Sport England Clubmark status which holds the club to the highest standards of welfare, equity, coaching and management.
